Working together for the economic and social well being of the community
1. No exhibitor may sublet space or hand out product literature belonging to a person or business that is not exhibiting at the Women's Wellness show without permission of the management. Any exhibitor doing so will be asked to stop immediately.
2. Exhibitor space, is provided by the Sooke Harbour House and the Sooke Region Chamber of Commerce. Electricity other than provided will be the responsibility of the vendor at a rate of $40 day.
3. Exhibitor agrees to staff Exhibition space during all hours the show is open.
4. No Goods or Displays are to be removed during show hours.
5. Management makes the right to make changes in Exhibitor space locations with no advance notice to the Exhibitor.
6. Management reserves the right to prohibit or decline any exhibit, exhibitor, proposed exhibit or exhibitors not approved by the Management and to permit only such matter and conduct as shall be approved.
7. All decorations must be flame proof.
8. In care the premises are destroyed by fire or the elements, or by any other cause, or in care of any circumstances whatsoever, including strikes or storms, which shall make it impossible for the management to permit any Exhibitor or Exhibits to occupy the premises, the Sooke Women's Wellness Show and the Sooke Region Chamber of Commerce, event producers and volunteers, are released from any and all claims for damage which might arise in consequence thereof.
9. All displays, interviews, conferences and distribution of literature, sales, live models etc. will be made inside the assigned Exhibitor space unless approved in advance by management. No Exhibitor may send staff around the Exhibit Hall distributing materials or advertising. Music/AV at booths cannot be excessive and disrupt other exhibitors.
10. Management reserves the right to name exclusive sponsors for the Sooke Women's Wellness Show.
11. Any samples of food or beverages must be pre approved and in accordance with all applicable rules and regulations set forth by Vancouver Island Health Authority and the BC Liquor Control Board, and must be sample sizes only.
12. In the event that the exhibitor fails to pay for the booth agreement 30 days prior to the event, the booth will be resold and any deposits made will be forfeited.
