A fun-filled team competition celebrating community spirit during Sooke Days!

Gather your coworkers, volunteers, teammates, or friends and compete in a series of classic and creative challenges, including relay races, tug-of-war, and other team-building games. Teams will earn points through participation and performance, with bonus points awarded for team spirit, creative team names, costumes, and enthusiasm.

The highest-scoring teams will advance to the Sooke Showdown, a final relay challenge to determine the first-ever Sooke Spirit Cup Champions.

This event is designed to bring together local businesses, organizations, clubs, and community groups while promoting community pride, connection, and fun.
