Curious about Open Water Swimming? Join us for a panel discussion with cold water swimmer Abbie Morris, one of our BOD, who will share tips on getting started safely, what gear you’ll need, and how to build confidence in the water. Abbie, an avid open-water swimmer who finds connection and calm in nature, loves helping newcomers discover the benefits of outdoor swimming. She’ll be joined by other cold water enthusiasts for this engaging conversation.

No, this event is designed for anyone curious about open-water or cold-water swimming, whether you’re a complete beginner or already dabbling.
