"Practitioner Zoë Baldwin established Mountain Heights Healing in 2014 has practiced energy healing for over 20 years. She is certified as a practitioner in Sound Healing Therapy, Indian Head Massage and Crystal Therapy. She is a Reiki Master / Teacher and has trained in many aspects of Intuitive, Psychic and Mediumship practices. Zoë also teaches Reiki and Intuitive courses and workshops out of her healing space in Sooke, and Indian Head Massage through the International College of Energy Healing.
Zoë believes there are many ways of healing but it is in our own hands. No-one can heal us, we heal ourselves, with other's help, and she loves nothing more than helping others on their own personal healing journeys.
As an holistic practitioner, Zoë provides heart-centered treatments that heal mind, body and spirit. Every modality she uses is different, but each one consists of a deep state of peace and relaxation during the treatment and healing benefits during and afterwards. Whichever modality you choose Zoë will include an element of one, or more, of the others when needed, which enhances the healing benefit and provides an intuitively individualized treatment.
As a psychic and Medium, Zoë connects with each client personally. She does this energetically using divination tools such as Oracle Cards, Pendulums and Psychometry. She also uses mediumship to communicate with your loved ones in spirit, your spirit guides and her own spirit guide team. This results in guidance, affirmation and assurance.
